Job Description

Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager, Trafford Council, Children In Need Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.

The responsibilities will include:

1. Contributing to our journey on restorative relational practice.
2. Undertaking child protection enquiries and working with children and young people in care.
3. Managing court proceedings and court craft.
4. Liaising with other professionals.
5. 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
6. 3 month Temporary Contract.
7. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
