The Integrated Physical and Sensory Service (IPaSS) and The Language Unit provide support to children and young people with visual, hearing, physical, and speech and language difficulties. We are seeking to recruit a Business Support Officer to work between our two sites on Hopewell Road and Lambert Street for 30 hours per week.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the IPASS and Language Unit Services. This includes arranging meetings, minute taking, maintaining databases/data entry, and other general administrative functions.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of IT-based systems, including Microsoft Office. A friendly and professional manner is essential as you will be dealing with children and young people, parents, educational settings partners, and external organisations.
