They are on the lookout for a proactive and organised Secretary to join their dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism. Day-to-day of the role: Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning. Handle daily correspondence and administration tasks. Regularly liaise with the fee-earning team regarding clients, meetings, billing, etc. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally. Be involved with new client procedures and on-boarding Maintain relevant databases and manage the progress of various projects. Plan and organise team events. Provide holiday cover for the secretarial team. Take notes in internal meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of secretarial or administrative experience relevant to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Flexible with a can-do attitude and strong initiative. Confident and able to stay calm under pressure.
