They are looking for an Admin Assistant to be part of the HR Team. You will manage and support data entry activities for payroll purpose. Activities: Monthly data entry for starters, leavers, and pay changes; respond to related queries Process expense claims Support other office Offshore Payroll by entering vessel timesheets into the HR system Monitor and reconcile timesheets against Vessel Personnel reports Perform spot checks to ensure timesheet accuracy Help update the Time & Attendance system Provide general payroll support and assist with internal/external reporting as needed Ideal Candidate: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
