As a Registered Manager, you will:
Manage and oversee the day to day operations of 4 supported living services
Supervise and manage a team of dedicated health & social care professional
Support the team in promoting and encouraging independence & choice to all residents
Ensure the services are compliant with CQC regulations
Work closely with other managers & stakeholders across the group to promote their services
Lead regular supervisions and appraisals across the staffing team
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
Hold an NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent
Have a sound working knowledge of CQC regulations
Be experienced in leading a staff team
Have an excellent understanding of care services for adults with learning disabilities & complex needs
Be able to demonstrate where you have successfully worked within compliance frameworks
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
