Working with completely fresh produce, the Chef de Partie will be a key member of the kitchen team.

We are seeking a strong Chef de Partie to work closely with the Head and Sous chef in a fast-paced, fresh food establishment.
The Role: Chef de Partie
Opportunities to work and help run all sections of the kitchen.
Assist training for the commis chefs.
Job Duties:
* Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
* Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
* Record food temperatures
