Due to ongoing success, they are now looking to appoint a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience working on exciting, high-impact data centre projects while building on your architectural knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical design, an eye for detail, and enthusiasm for contributing to projects of the highest quality.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant Role:
Relevant Part 1 and 2 architectural degrees- BArch and MArch.
Collaborate with senior architects and the wider design team to develop and refine data centre project concepts.
Produce architectural drawings, technical details, and specifications aligned with project requirements.
Assist with preparing design presentations and proposals for clients.
Participate in project meetings, offering ideas and technical input to support the team.
Ensure designs meet relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks, where necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations relevant to data centre design.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about sustainable design with a keen interest in data-driven architecture.
Living within a commutable distance from the office with your own mode of transport.
