Main duties of the job To provide an efficient, thorough and timely recruitment administrative support service supporting Trust recruitment, selection, ongoing employment checking processes, and payroll admin to ensure the provision of an efficient, effective and timely service provision which is compliant with DoH guidelines, NHS Employment Standards, legislation, Trust policies and procedures, and best practice. You will create professional correspondence responding to applicant queries pre-employment checks and onboarding. The successful applicant will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook and have some previous administrative experience. You will undertake accurate and efficient data entry onto our applicant tracking system Trac. The role will involve processing applicants in a timely manner and guiding them through the recruitment process. We currently operate a hybrid working model once you have completed your face-to-face training, working in the office 1-2 days a week.
