Role: Primary Teaching Assistants

Connex Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teaching assistants to support some excellent primary schools in Southport. Experience working in special educational needs is desirable as we currently have a high demand for teaching assistants to work with children with SEN.
With the current high demand for part-time and full-time teaching assistants, we will have the following bookings available for you:
* Long-term classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for groups with special educational needs.
* General classroom support across different year groups.
* Long-term 1:1 SEN support roles.
* Part-time roles supporting small groups or children on a 1:1 basis (mornings or afternoons).
* Day-to-day flexible bookings to cover sickness, courses, additional staff requirements.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different learning.
* It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
