A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specialising in providing full HVAC design, installation, and maintenance support, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to work within a small, dynamic team.
You will be responsible for the growth and development of your own leads and turning lapsed accounts active again.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
Job Requirements:
* Increase sales with current clients.
* Pro-actively develop new customers.
* Liaise with Managers to agree on target markets.
* Follow up on quotations and deal with customer enquiries.
* Seek out new opportunities/clients and work alongside Department Managers to provide professional quotations/responses.
* Be computer literate with good knowledge of Word / Excel / Outlook.
* Hold a Driving License (no more than six points).
* Exhibit a positive attitude to Customer Service.
* Maintain a presence on social media platforms.
The Successful Candidate will need to demonstrate:
* A proven track record in sales.
* 3+ years of development skills, preferably within the industry.
* Good customer portfolios are desirable.
* Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
* Able to work under pressure.
* A natural forward planner who is highly organised and can handle multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
* Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks.
* An understanding of social media.
