Due to our exceptional growth, we are expanding our office locations to include Manchester where you will be based. This new office will complement our Head Office located in Northamptonshire and our most recent office opening in Dublin.
About the Role
The role will offer huge potential to a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager. You will have a proven track record of self-generated business alongside excellent relationship management. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager looking to further their career and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Generating leads and new business through your own network and by utilising the Telesales resource available.
* Indirect management of telesales employees.
* Management of client onboarding.
* Identification of new target markets and sales campaign management.
* Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies.
* Providing weekly updates and reports as required by senior management.
* Answering client questions about services, prices, and timescales.
* Advocate for using internal sales tools to ensure an efficient process is adopted.
Key Skills
* Relevant experience working within a Business Development role.
* Strong account management experience.
* The ability to work well in a target-driven environment.
* B2B experience.
* Professional, articulate, reliable, and motivated.
* Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident manner representing the brand with superb interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Methodical, organised, and accurate.
* IT literate with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Proficient CRM user.
* Full driving licence required and a reliable car for prospect meetings.

Base Salary: £40,000 per year - OTE £90,000 - £110,000.
