In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers who are out in the field, meeting business owners and driving the adoption of our payment solutions. If you’re a motivated leader with a passion for sales and a knack for coaching, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements
What You’ll Do
* Drive a culture of growth by promoting sales success across the team
* Inspire and motivate both co-workers and clients with a positive attitude
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the potential to earn a six-figure income
* Lead, support, and coach a team of 8-12 Area Sales Managers, helping them meet and exceed their KPIs
* Conduct joint visits with your team to provide hands-on coaching and skill development
* Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders in your territory
* Stay informed on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our own products to give clients the best advice
What Success Looks Like
* Consistently meeting monthly sales targets
* Driving revenue growth and increasing sales volume across your team
* Improving team performance on key metrics month after month
* Developing your team’s skills and achieving high employee engagement
What You Need to Succeed
* Proven success in managing and growing a sales team
* Field sales and B2B experience in a sales management role
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule independently
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
* A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel
* Experience in payment solutions or financial products is a plus

Requirements
Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role) 1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop 2. Proven experience in a sales role, in a field sales and B2B sales capacity. 3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn’t perfect, but we’re working hard to get there. Skills/Qualifications (The personal capabilities needed to excel in this role) 1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule. 2. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. 5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory. 6. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
