Experienced Bookkeeper / credit controller required, part-time, permanent
MechaTech Systems Ltd are UK specialists in the design, manufacture and support of high vacuum systems and freeze dryers, based in Thornbury, Bristol BS35.
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Bookkeeper.
You will be required to work a minimum 12 hours per week, ideally split over 2 days. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work additional hours if required.
Applicants must be experienced in Sage, MS Outlook, Excel and Word, have previous bookkeeping experience and accountancy skills and a good telephone manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Processing general ledger transactions
- Processing purchase invoices and general expenses
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Posting journal entries
- General Admin duties
- Payroll
- Cashflow management
- Credit control
- VAT returns
