Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
4. Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
5. Process sales orders and returns
6. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
1. Fluent in English
2. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Strong problem-solving skills
5. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
6. Previous experience in customer service is preferred
