Responsibilities
Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, and e-mail/postal communications
Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience

Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid working available after 6 month training period
