Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our admin team.
The post holder will play an important role within the wider Neurodevelopmental service admin team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers along with supporting patients. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include, data inputting, telephone queries, care records management, scanning and filing.

Job responsibilities
The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Qualifications
* Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths) or equivalent qualification/ experience/ willing to work towards completion of this
* QCF Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent qualification/ experience/ willing to work towards completion of this
* QCF Customer Service Level 2 or equivalent qualification/ experience/ willing to work towards completion of this
Knowledge and Skills
* Good communication / customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload/use own initiative
* Good organisation skills and ability to multitask
* Ability to deal professionally with enquiries from staff, service users and stakeholders
* Ability to pay attention to detail where there are predictable interruptions to the work pattern
* Understand confidentiality and apply the principles in everyday working practice
Experience
* Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)
