Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Sunday 35 hours
£23,500
6 month temp to perm contract

Do you have outstanding customer service skills? Have experience dealing with vulnerable customers?
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services client who are looking to grow their customer service team!
What will you be doing?
1. Supporting customers through a range of queries
2. Liaising with 3rd parties to gain more information
3. Reviewing documentation and updating the case accordingly
4. Providing a professional and empathetic approach
5. Completing administration on the system
What do you need to apply?
1. Proven experience dealing with complex queries
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
3. Experience within financial services would be desirable
Must be able to pass a credit and DBS check to apply!
