Consistently operate to cGMP/GLP to ensure compliant product testing. Maintain / calibrate a wide range of analytical equipment to ensure accuracy and precision of data. Assist laboratory analysts in troubleshooting, equipment fixes, LI management and remediation of issues from an analytical perspective. Utilisation of skills and experience to minimise equipment downtime and optimise the laboratory ways of working thereby ensuring all targets are met. Ensure adherence with operator standard work and propose improvements using GPS principles to assist. Train, mentor, and coach laboratory analysts as required in order to optimise ways of working and enhance analytical knowledge / experience. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: HND / Degree in a relevant science subject (or) suitable extensive experience in an appropriate discipline within a pharmaceutical environment. Experience of training and coaching in analytical techniques, instrument and method troubleshooting. Comprehensive knowledge both theoretical and practical of analytical processes, procedures and theories. Strong understanding of M-ERP, EMPOWER, GPS tools and processes. Evidence of good communication and motivational skills. Knowledge of Quality Management System and ability to convey relevant job specific aspects to colleagues. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: NEBOSH certificate / Degree in scientific discipline. Relevant process knowledge, significant analytical technical experience. Analytical Chemistry / Experience in use of GPS tools and techniques. Candidate is expected to be the experienced analyst on shift able to resolve issues real time, coach and mentor colleagues and assist the Quality Shift Leader in ensuring flow within the laboratory environment.
