* What You’ll Be Doing:Managing the front desk, answering and directing all incoming calls efficiently and professionally
* Welcoming visitors and ensuring all site security procedures are followed
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to employees across the business
* Sorting, distributing, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail
* Responding to customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and consumables
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices as needed
* Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation
* Assisting the Finance Team with data input and basic financial reporting
What You’ll Bring: Essential Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Confident in handling visitors and managing telephone systems
* General administrative experience and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with SAGE 200
* NVQ/SVQ Level 1–4 in Business Administration or Customer Service
* Previous experience in a front-of-house or office administration role
Qualifications:
* GCSEs in Maths and English
* Competent IT skills and comfort with learning new systems
* UK Passport and ability to obtain Security Clearance
