Mon - Friday 8.30am - 5pm – 37.5 hours per week

About the Role of Project Co-Ordinator
An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our ever-growing business within the role of Project Co-Ordinator based at our office in Scunthorpe. The right candidate will be a point of contact for both new and existing clients, liaising with local authorities, quoting/planning works, and following each job through to invoicing.
Responsibilities as a Project Co-Ordinator
* Day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
* Dealing with incoming enquiries and processing internal requests.
* Ensuring all company processes and policies are adhered to.
* Recording all existing and potential client and project data in the relevant company systems while adhering to GDPR.
* Assuming responsibility for ensuring appropriate PO cover from clients for the timely invoicing of completed works.
* Any other duties required by the Team Leader.
