Key Responsibilities: Processing monthly payroll of all staff. Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments. Reducing balances and resolving payment issues. Liaising with staff and partners. Managing ER – performance and absence management. Providing support to other members of the company. Develop production plans and track progression. Supporting onboarding Skills & Experience required: 4/5 years HR Advisory experience Thorough understanding of employment law and legislation Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
