The project\: A strategic client working collaboratively on a London based £3bn rolling stock replacement programme to increase capacity, reduce carbon and improve resilience. You’ll need to have\: Be comfortable engaging with senior leadership team and key business partners Ability to drive performance and constructively challenge Extensive experience in elements or all of the following\: rolling stock renewal, railway systems integration, testing and commissioning, asset readiness, power upgrades, signalling upgrades, signal sighting and track renewals. You’ll also have: Membership of APM, ICE Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the rail sector. Deep infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
