We’re currently supporting a provider who is seeking a Nurse Qualified Manager to run their very stable and high performing Nursing Home! This is a small home (under 30 beds) within a fantastic provider who prioritizes staff and support. Is this the role for you? See below!
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
* Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
* Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
* Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
* Improving quality and compliance.
* Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
* Building and maintaining high occupancy.
* Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
* Experience working with elderly and/or dementia residents.
* Ambitious and motivated individual.
* Strong leadership.
* Good track record with CQC.
* Salary up to £55,000+
* Discretionary performance bonuses.
* High performing home!
* 33 days annual leave.
