A bit about the job: The role will sit within the Retail Team focussing on one of our major growth areas in the motor market. You will play a crucial role in helping to build and maintain our reporting suite to understand performance trends alongside carrying out ad-hoc analysis to translate complex data into digestible business insights. As the Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will undertake reporting and MI activities in an area of expertise, ensuring achievement of targets within your remit of responsibility, provide performance insights into weekly and monthly performance meetings along with tracking and monitoring changes in our customer mix and reporting on any emerging risks. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong analytical skills and data analysis knowledge – must have experience with T-SQL and advanced in Excel Drive both proactive and reactive actionable insight aligned to strategic goals Highly numerate, gained by experience or/and qualification (numerical) Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market, ideally motor, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy with good communication skills Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure both in isolation and with other business areas.
