We have a position for an Office Administrator in our Portree Office - 25-30 hours - office based
The Role
1. Hold responsibility for all areas of administering an efficient planned delivery service for the area.
2. Process all web, telephone orders and email enquiries correctly and promptly in line with company policies/standards.
3. Liaise with Line Manager providing documentation and back office support for ‘key accounts’. Any other duties as required by the depot, including holiday/sickness relief for Depot Supervisor after reasonable training.
4. Create and run reports as needed. Seek out sources of information to bridge gaps in knowledge.
5. Lead by example, ensuring customer needs are identified and met in a courteous, professional manner.
6. Log and respond effectively to customer enquiries, including product availability, delivery schedules, order status, and technical information.

1. Confidence in own ability.
2. High self-motivation.
3. Resilient, persistent, and tenacious.
4. Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
5. Good Maths and English skills are required.
6. Understanding of IT systems such as Word and Excel is advantageous.
