We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Hire Controller to join our client's growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the efficient management and scheduling of the diverse plant equipment, ensuring optimal utilisation and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for a Senior Hire Controller Manage and coordinate the hiring of a diverse range of plant equipment, including excavators, dumpers, rollers, and forklifts. Efficiently schedule and allocate plant equipment to meet customer demands and project timelines. Proactively plan and schedule routine maintenance and servicing of all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintain accurate records of plant availability and maintenance schedules. Generate and process hire contracts and related documentation. Monitor and manage plant utilisation to maximise revenue and minimise downtime. Manage all incoming phone calls and emails relating to the plant.
