Support Worker (Female) - Make a Difference in Aylsham, Norfolk!
Part Time - 22.5hrs a week
Do you have a full UK driver's license and a passion for helping others live their best lives? Join Dimensions as a Female Support Worker and support four lovely ladies with learning disabilities to enjoy an independent, active, and fun-filled life at our Supported Living Home in Aylsham. No prior experience is needed—we'll give you all the training and guidance you need!
What's Involved?
You'll be supporting three sociable ladies in their 60s who love getting out and about. Whether it's shopping trips, café visits, or outdoor activities like horse riding, you'll be helping them enjoy every moment! When they're home, they love to watch movies, listen to music, and get involved in house activities.
Your Role:
Help them learn skills to live independently and make their own choices.
Support them in fun activities like trips to shops, restaurants, and day centers.
Assist with medication administration and provide hands-on support with hoists and wheelchairs.
Encourage outdoor adventures—if you love nature, this is the perfect job for you!
Shift Patterns:
Long days: 7am - 9:30pm
Early: 7am - 2:30pm
Late: 2pm - 9:30pm
Sleep-ins required!
