EYFS Practitioner Required - Immediate Start

Position: Y1 Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (until the end of the academic year)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years practitioner? We are currently working with a well-established primary school in Fulwood, Preston that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Y1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This position is available for an immediate start and will last until the end of the academic year.

Your Role:
Support the delivery of the KS1 curriculum, providing engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, identifying areas where additional support is needed.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Build strong relationships with children, supporting their emotional, social, and academic development.
Work closely with other practitioners and teachers to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children in your care.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in an EYFS or KS1 setting is preferred, but not essential.
A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive, positive attitude to supporting children's learning and development.
A commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
