Responsibilities
for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Senior Role:
1. Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
2. Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
3. Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Senior Role:
4. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor
5. Ideally have experience working on bespoke homes built for luxury living on stunning developments
6. The client is looking for someone who is a hard worker and happy to be site based
