Key Responsibilities:
Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing tailored assistance to help them achieve their full potential.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to deliver personalized learning plans and strategies.
Help foster an inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Encourage independent learning through the use of differentiated instruction and resources that cater to the specific needs of each student.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and offering suggestions to enhance their educational experience.
Support students with a range of additional needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and other developmental needs.
Implement positive behaviour strategies to support social and emotional development, building self-esteem, resilience, and social skills.What We Are Looking For...
