Account Manager – Retail POS
West Yorkshire
Up to £40,000 depending on industry experience
Due to a new client win, we are looking for a proactive Account Manager to oversee Retail POS campaigns for a leading retailer. You’ll work closely with their marketing teams to develop innovative, cost-effective POS solutions that enhance in-store promotions. This role is key in building strong client relationships, streamlining processes, and driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage POS projects from brief to execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
* Use campaign planning technology to manage briefs, artwork, and approvals.
* Oversee weekly work schedules, budgets, and purchase orders.
* Attend client meetings, store visits, and installations as needed.
* Identify opportunities to expand services and improve campaign execution.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent client-facing experience with strong communication skills.
* Presentable, confident, and able to build positive client relationships.
* Strong project management skills, with experience in POS campaigns
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
* Good IT literacy, including experience with business/project reporting.
Additional Details
* Minimum 4 days onsite with the client, reducing to 3 days once established.
* The team works on a rota basis between 8 AM – 6 PM (8-4, 9-5, 10-6).
