Location: Scarborough LVPD Plant, On site Mission : Lead and drive customer projects. Accountable for providing solutions to customers using advanced project delivery expertise for multiple large, complex, or multi-business projects to meet customer satisfaction. Coordinates project delivery strategy minimises commercial risk whilst maximising project revenue, GM growth and cash flow. Key responsibilities of the role: Manage and plan project from inception to acceptance and be accountable for all aspects of the execution phase of the project. Accountability of initiating and achieving the project objective and goals on time and quality Effective use of internal and external resources to build and develop a best practice approach to project management. Accurate Resource Plans / Effective project delivery / Willingness to assist other managers. Evidence of continuous professional development. Embracing innovation and new ways of working, evidenced by customer feedback, and sharing of best practice with other internal stakeholders / Drive continuous improvement by developing case studies and applying them to new projects. Develop strong working relationships with the client and internal support functions to improve project execution and maximise opportunities for repeat business. Drive improvements in the output from the Customer Solution Survey / Evidence of continuous improvement based on feedback received / Adherence to the customer complaint process / Driving target improvements in the NPS score. Identify, assess, and minimise the commercial exposure of the business unit arising from the project. Contracts executed with quantified and mitigated risks / Understand, analyse, document, and communicate contractual, technical, and commercial terms & conditions relative to the company rules. Efficient management of internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with stake holders in multiple geographies to ensure key stage gates are managed in line with the client contract. Skills and attributes Ideally you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with demonstrable experience within a technical role. However, there is flexibility for the right person with proven experience of working within a customer centric role involving strong collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure the expectations of the customer are met. Proven working experience within a customer centric role You will be familiar with commercial/technical activities Possess excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise multiple orders through to fulfilment whilst meeting all agreed KPI's during the process.
