Administrator / Administrative Assistant with previous admin experience in a customer-focused environment, strong administration skills, including minute taking, letter writing and email management, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, is required to join our Operational Performance Team at A2Dominion based in Winchester, Hampshire.
This role is known internally as a Performance Administrator.
SALARY: £25,152 - £26,466 pro rata + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid working partly in the office in Winchester, Hampshire (SO23) with the remaining time from home.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant with previous admin experience in a customer-focused environment, strong administration skills, including minute taking, letter writing and email management, excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Performance Partnering Team and wider Operations colleagues, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant, you will need to effectively manage multiple priorities in this varied and integral role.
DUTIES
1. Provide efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support to the Performance Partnering Team and wider business.
2. Schedule and organise senior meetings, including taking accurate minutes.
3. Manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding to correspondence in a timely manner.
4. Draft, edit, and proofread letters, reports, and presentations.
5. Maintain contract libraries and support relationship mapping.
6. Ensure the secure logging and filing of highly confidential information.
7. Act as a ‘buyer’ for the Operational Performance Team, processing purchase orders and invoices.
8. Maintain memberships and subscription registrations.
9. Contribute to high-quality performance and impact reports.
10. Ensure that all data collection, management, and usage adhere to GDPR regulations.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous administrative experience in a customer-focused environment.
2. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grades A*-C.
3. Strong administration skills, including minute-taking, letter writing and email management.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
5. Understands the importance of GDPR and can handle sensitive information appropriately.
6. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
7. Works well under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
8. Strong IT skills - familiar with using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
9. Confident and adaptable with systems. While training will be provided, you need to be able to pick up systems quickly.
10. A clean UK driving licence or access to public transport would be desired for weekly office attendance and monthly in-person team meetings.
