We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Working Hours:
1. 37.5 hours per week
2. 10:00 - 18:00 Shifts – Monday – Thursday
3. 09:00 - 17:00 Shift – Friday
4. 09:00 - 16:00 Shift – Saturday – (Every other with ROD)
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound sales to existing clients
2. Responsible for selling a broad range of products, mirroring customers’ needs and wants
3. Account management of appointed VIP clients
4. Negotiating and overcoming sales objections from clients
5. Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their buying needs
6. Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of our products that you are retaining, in order to achieve the role requirements
7. Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
8. Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
9. Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand
Specifications:
1. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
2. Ability to multitask a multitude of duties
3. Ability to promote company products
Compensation:
Basic £23K - Uncapped commission / first 4 weeks a minimum of £500 monthly bonus
