What You'll Do:
Timesheet Entry: Accurate input and management of contractor timesheets.
Invoicing: Preparation and distribution of invoices.
Compliance Management: Oversee incoming compliance documentation to meet our internal standards.
Credit Control: Confidently follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clear records.
Reports: There will be several reports on excel that need updating and maintaining
Building new reports
Helping Audit Quality alongside the people and culture managerYou'll also collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager, supporting quality assurance and HR-related functions as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable with payment follow-ups, and a detail-oriented approach to working with numbers.
Experience: Payroll and strong excel skills
Availability: 4 days in-office, working 37 hours per week. We can be flexible on start and finish times.
What We Offer: Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, early finish on Friday's
