Role Overview:
We are happy to be partnering with this leading public sector organisation, who are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Change Lead to join them and their Senior Leadership Team, on an initial 9-month direct engagement. This role is pivotal in delivering our, business wide, organisational restructure projects that support our strategic objectives. The HR Change Lead will work closely with Heads of Service, cross-functional teams, and union representatives to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR organisational restructure projects from planning through to execution.
* Develop comprehensive change management plans and strategies.
* Engage with stakeholders, including union representatives, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
* Communicate change processes clearly and effectively across the organization.
* Track and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives.
* Provide training and support to teams during transitions.
* Ensure all change initiatives comply with employment law and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in managing HR change projects – restructure, redundancies and consultations.
* Recognised HR qualification
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proven experience working with unions and managing union-related change initiatives.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and risk mitigation.
