We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical and Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic organisation.
Based at Go-ahead House the Clinical and Administrative Support plays a crucial role in supporting the operational running of our busy Occupational Health Department by working with stakeholders and clinicians alike. This role combines administrative duties with customer focused skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in working within a health-related setting, excellent administrative skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Support daily operations of the Occupational Health Department. Including scheduling appointments, managing records, coordinating with healthcare professionals, external stakeholders and Managers
* Maintain and update confidential employee health records in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
* Shared reception responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
* Send, receive, and allocate all clinical and other correspondence efficiently.
* Organise and attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings as required.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion.
* Managing the process of external referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
* Collate and action invoices related to departmental services.
* Generate reports on KPIs and service utilisation as required.
* Effective implementation and administration of Occupational Health wellbeing initiatives and health surveillance programs.
* Act as chaperone, where required, to support employee comfort and confidentiality.
