Classification: Grade 1
Salary per hour: $33.27 to $40.48 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 20 hours per week
Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021-2026
Role Description
Heathcote Health is inviting applications from Social Workers to join our multi-disciplinary team working across all clinical services areas including hospital-based, aged care, and community-based settings. This position is responsible for improving health outcomes through the provision of Social Work services aligned to funding guidelines as part of a multi-disciplinary approach to health care.
About you
* Recognised university qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
* Eligibility for membership of AASW
* Current Driver's Licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Completion of Health Coaching or Motivational Interviewing training
* Post graduate studies in relevant clinical or professional areas
