The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.
The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Administration team at New Hall Hospital, Salisbury. You will provide exceptional administrative support across various departments within the hospital.
This busy role involves liaising with patients, Consultants, and hospital departments. We seek a professional individual with excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, teamwork ability, and adaptability. Computer literacy is essential, especially with Word and Outlook. Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is advantageous.
What you'll bring:
* Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
* Proven organizational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
* Effective communication with colleagues and consultants
* Positive, willing attitude
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and customer service skills
