Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated and friendly team. As a commercial cleaning business company, our Cleaning Supervisor is one of an important hires we need to make. You will be made responsible for managing the cleaning operation for a commercial sites. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of the premises and ensuring the staff under their supervision carry out the cleaning to the required standards. The Cleaning Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining accurate records of the cleaning tasks and ensuring all cleaning materials are stored securely and are properly maintained. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and managing staff performance under management and working along side the General Manager.
Hours 8.45am - 17.15pm Monday to Friday.
Times as required due to various Business Contracts. May include weekends and bank holidays if necessary. Please note that many of our cleaning contracts operate outside of normal working hours. This will include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Pay - £26,000 annual salary.
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED.
Duties:
· Monitoring the cleanliness of premises, equipment and staff.
· Organising and allocating tasks to staff under managers discretion.
· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
· Ordering and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials when required.
· Liaising with customers and contractors
Requirements:
· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are maintained.
· Carry out regular inspections to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
· Train and supervise cleaning staff.
· Develop and implement cleaning schedules and policies.
· Ensure that cleaning materials and equipment are used in a safe and economical manner.
· Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed.
