Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods and resources Monitor and assess students' progress regularly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Experience: Experience working with students with SEN At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and abilities Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students Potential travel to student's homes or other educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
