We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team within the Faculty of Science and Engineering at The University of Manchester. In this role, you will coordinate dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting students to pursue their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees at our University. We are looking for a highly capable individual who is both an analytical and strategic thinker, creative with fresh ideas that connect with our audiences, skilled in crafting compelling copy, and exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with both faculty and central marketing teams to oversee key recruitment activities, including managing recruitment print and digital content, pre-application marketing, offer holder conversion, and late applicant engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Working collaboratively with colleagues to produce online and offline marketing activities, taking a digital first approach, appropriately timed, targeted and segmented for key priority areas.
2. Supporting online and in-person events such as open days, confirmation/clearing, and conversion activities.
3. Developing, preparing and delivering high quality information, presentations and training resources, utilising styles of teaching, learning and research at the University of Manchester, that both meet the information needs of prospective students and influencers, promoting Manchester as a study destination.
