At KBR we are dedicated to driving innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes and systems.
You will support the delivery of an extensive programme of work comprising of new build facilities and infrastructure refurbishment to support current and future operations on the Client site.
What We Need
1. Experience of portfolio controls from a nuclear, defence or highly regulated environment.
2. A solid blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage risk and change within a construction project.
3. Ability to track multiple tasks, schedules and materials to ensure a smooth project flow.
4. Flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes and plan accordingly.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and CEMAR.
Location
This position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the office in Glasgow City Centre.

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
