Contract Estimated Duration – 3 months This role has been deemed inside of IR35 Your duties and responsibilities will be Technical Support: Resolve ServiceDesk tickets related to hardware and software issues using the ServiceNow system. Perform desktop hardware configurations, upgrades, and software installations. Manage PC deployments, including imaging and system configurations. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with business users to ensure their IT systems are running smoothly. Liaise with third-party maintenance engineers for specialised hardware support.Emergency Duties & Flexibility: Be available for emergency duties outside of normal office hours, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Potential for business trips to support offices in different locations.Project Work & Innovation: Opportunity to engage in individual projects related to ERP solutions and other business initiatives. Participate in continuous innovation and development of IT services for improved efficiency.You will have the following qualifications and experience Proven experience in an IT support role, involving extensive customer support, both remote and in-person Full understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite A Certification Ability to travel, and ability to pass a client driving record review Bachelor’s degree in information technology Customer Service Skills Ability to handle issues efficiently while maintaining a strong customer-first attitude.Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of hardware, software configurations, and system imaging. Expertise in Oracle ERP solutions and related systems.Multi-tasking & Problem-solving Comfortable managing multiple requests or issues at once in a fast-paced environment.
