The Barn is Arla’s in-house agency, established in 2018 to help Arla’s global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. How will you make an impact?
As an Account Coordinator, you will join the Account Management team, helping to build and strengthen our relationships with brand managers while collaborating within The Barn to deliver best-in-class creative campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working in close collaboration with our brand managers and internal clients, as well as planning, media, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Assisting the Senior Account Lead and the wider Account Team in managing various brands and delivering high-quality campaigns.
* Take the lead on managing day-to-day interactions between our clients and the creative studio, supporting clients on their plans, collaborating on briefs, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
* Ensuring that time and resources are efficiently booked with the Creative Studio to meet client needs and deliver outstanding results.
What will make you successful?
The ideal candidate will have some experience in an account/client management or project management role, either on the agency or client side. Exposure to brand strategy and creative development is a plus!
* Curiosity for marketing: You’re passionate about leveraging various touchpoints to effectively reach consumers, both above and below the line.
* Proactive and Initiative-Taking: You bring forth innovative ideas and suggestions, always looking for ways to improve and make a positive impact.
* You have a keen eye for detail, while also understanding the bigger picture and larger objectives and goals.
