We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complexcare experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user
Our service user is a teenage boy who lives with his family in Peterlee and requires care throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.
He is generally very happy, loves spending quality time with his family and care team and enjoys attending school participating in everyday activities.
This is a rewarding role where you will accompany our young service to school, tending to his personal care and clinical care needs, whilst also supporting his developmental growth.
Throughout the day you will support with his daily living tasks including personal care, moving, and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs where required. You will assist him in enjoying his hobbies and interests, engage in a variety of activities and promote social interaction.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:
1. 3 months previous care experience
2. Medication Administration
3. Personal Care
4. Moving and Handling
5. Valid Driving Licence
Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:
6. Experience working with cerebral Palsy
7. Gastrostomy Feeding
8. Tracheostomy Care
9. Suctioning
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
It is essential to hold a valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle for this position
We have the following shifts available
10. Part Time Days 2-3 shifts per week
11. 7:30am - 4:00pm- Term Time Only
12. 10:00am - 3:00pm- None Term Time Only
13. Part Time Nights- 9:00pm- 7:00am
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £110.50 per 8.5 hour shift)
Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £135 per 10 hour shift)
Saturday & Sundays: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £119 per 8.5 hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £127.50 per 8.5 hour shift)
