While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not a requirement – with the right attitude, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive Based at our head office in Crawley, we’re expanding our team and looking for a talented individual to handle recruitment across various airports in the UK. If you're driven, ambitious, and ready for an exciting new challenge, we'd love to hear from you What's on offer: Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm Days: Monday – Friday (Office based) Salary: £28,000 per annum commission 28 days holiday entitlement Key Responsibilities: Attract and recruit top-tier candidates, ensuring the highest standards are met. Promote a diverse range of job roles to candidates with enthusiasm and professionalism. Source candidates through innovative techniques and maintain comprehensive sourcing lists. Utilise and keep our in-house CRM system updated, in line with company procedures. Take full ownership of the candidate onboarding process, from CV screening to interviews (both phone and face-to-face), ensuring a smooth transition to start dates and beyond. Provide ongoing remote support and guidance to your placed workers, assisting with pay, holiday, and roster inquiries within the airport operations. Collaborate with your management team to drive continuous innovation, helping to meet business objectives. Handle client and candidate feedback with passion and care, always striving for the best outcomes for both parties. Consistently meet targets via your recruitment dashboard, ensuring high-quality staff representation, maximising inductions, and minimising attrition.
