Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Client Housing Technical Services department to ensure effective service delivery.
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative housing solutions that meet client needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and industry standards in housing services.
Monitor and assess the performance of technical services and recommend improvements as necessary.
Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local authorities to enhance service collaboration.
Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of housing service delivery.
Manage budget and resources for the technical services department.
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical staff, facilitating professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Housing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in housing services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven knowledge of housing regulations and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £57.24
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
