We are seeking a dynamic Head of Investment Change and Governance to join our Omnis Investments team. This brand-new role entails responsibility for Omnis' Operational Change Management, Governance, and Reporting across various investment operations sectors, including; Custody Fund accounting and middle office Fund/platform services Discretionary model portfolio service Product governance. In this role, you will be engaged from the initial concept, to the final delivery of our products, collaborating closely with internal operational management and a spectrum of outsourced operational and service delivery activities. You'll be tasked with engaging senior stakeholders to secure their support and involvement, both from well defined committee papers and in person meetings. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for delivering operational change across the Omnis Investments function. Manage and ensure there is strong robust governance and reporting for Omnis Investments, include the coordination and effective running of all quarterly committee/forums. Liaise with internal Audit, Risk & Compliance group functions. Develop constructive, collaborative relationships with business units and key senior stakeholders. Oversight and utilisation of operations wide resources and appropriate skills to deliver the change delivery plan. Partnering with Finance to ensure accurate data for monitoring performance against budgets/forecasts and the provision of MI. What will you need to succeed? An experienced investment operations and change management service professional. ACD Investment Operations expertise with the ability to manage multiple complex projects, such as Fund/DFM Launches, Schemes of Arrangement, Investment Sleeves, Investment Manager transitions etc Proven Head of Operations, Change & Governance who has led and overseen the delivery of investment change activity. A detailed understanding of each stage of the investment operations process. A good understanding of investment platforms and UK distribution structures. In-depth collective investment scheme experience. The Jobholder will require detailed UCITS knowledge. A good understanding of fund accounting and pricing. Third Party Service provider oversight management skills. Maintain a detailed understanding of the FCA’s Conduct Risk initiative, and industry best practice for Consumer Duty rules. Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills. Able to oversee, manage and deliver operational change. Able to handle and prioritise multiple activities, taking initiatives from start to finish. Highly developed and confident presentation skills, both in written and verbal form, experienced in writing reports.
