Security Supervisor - The Trafalgar St. James Part of Crimson Hotels, The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton, stands as a distinguished 5-star hotel featuring 131 rooms, including three signature suites. The Role As a Security Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment throughout the hotel. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will - but not be limited to: Oversee your own rotas and manage your team efficiently. Proactively devise and implement security strategies, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our operations. Act as the initial point of contact for our agency security officers, you'll establish expectations, set processes, and uphold the highest standards. Coordinate security bookings across various areas of the hotel, based on the needs of the hotel. Oversee Health and Safety, carrying out fire-walks across the hotel. Carry out Fire Marshall Training. You and your team will be expected to be present throughout the hotel during the whole shift. The Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in luxury hospitality or a history of maintaining high standards in 5-star properties. Our Security Supervisor should excel in working with various departments to address concerns and assist guests or employees promptly, including conducting bag searches when necessary.
